This website, zealsync.com (the "Website"), is the corporate website of Zealsync. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the rules that apply when you visit or use the Website.

Please read the Terms together with the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data connected with the Website is handled.

The Website is owned and operated by Zealsync Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at 11/131, Elanthoor, Pathanamthitta – 689643, Kerala, India ("Zealsync", "we", "us", "our").

Intense Path is a brand of Zealsync Private Limited. Acrosite, Flidu, Nichevio and Prooflin are products developed and operated by Zealsync Private Limited.

By accessing or using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

These Terms govern the corporate Website only. They do not govern: product accounts or use of Acrosite, Flidu, Nichevio or Prooflin; the separate websites of those products; the Intense Path website; or any client engagement, proposal or contract with Zealsync or Intense Path.

Each of those products, websites, services and engagements may have its own terms, which apply instead of or in addition to these Terms.

The Website is intended for visitors who can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law. It is general corporate information and is not directed at children.

You may use the Website for lawful, informational purposes: reading about Zealsync, its portfolio and its perspectives, and contacting us through the means provided.

When using the Website you must not:

Zealsync, Intense Path, Acrosite, Flidu, Nichevio and Prooflin, together with their logos and marks, are names and brands of Zealsync Private Limited. Nothing on the Website grants a licence to use them.

Third-party names appearing on the Website (for example GitHub) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe factual compatibility or context.

When you contact us through the Website you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Contact submissions are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ideas or suggestions volunteered outside a signed engagement are received on a non-confidential basis, and we may use similar or identical ideas we developed independently.

Nothing on the Website — including Insights articles — is legal, financial, technical or other professional advice. Content reflects general perspectives; obtain advice specific to your situation before acting.

Descriptions of portfolio products and of Intense Path describe their nature and intent. They are not offers, and they do not promise availability, pricing, features or timelines. Current commercial terms, where they exist, live with each product or engagement — not on this Website.

The Website links to external destinations, including the portfolio’s own websites. External links are identified as such. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites; visiting them is at your own discretion.

Creating an account with any Zealsync product, or entering an engagement with Intense Path, is governed by the terms presented for that product or engagement. If those terms conflict with these, those terms prevail for that relationship.

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time without notice.

You must not compromise, or attempt to compromise, the security of the Website. Suspected vulnerabilities can be reported responsibly through the contact page (reason: security or responsible disclosure). We appreciate responsible disclosure; no bug-bounty programme is implied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of or in connection with the Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective and last-updated dates above will change when we do, and continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
