Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with zealsync.com (the "Website") and its contact and enquiry functions.

It applies to the corporate Website only. Acrosite, Flidu, Nichevio, Prooflin and Hectile, their websites and accounts, and the Intense Path website are separate surfaces and may carry their own privacy notices. Where you use those, their notices apply.

The contact form asks for full name, work email, company or organisation (optional), contact reason, a website or relevant URL (shown only for reasons where it helps, optional), your message, and, for project enquiries, optional context selections (area, stage, timeline). A privacy acknowledgement is requested before sending.

File uploads are not offered by the contact form. If uploads are introduced later, this policy will be updated first.

Like virtually all websites, the Website’s hosting infrastructure generates technical logs when pages are requested — typically IP address, request time, requested URL and browser user-agent. These logs exist for security, abuse prevention and service operation.

The Website also uses Google Analytics 4, installed through Google Tag Manager, to measure visits, traffic sources, page engagement and interactions such as links, portfolio controls, article sharing and enquiry outcomes. Google may derive approximate location from the connection and collect device and browser information. Names, email addresses, messages, company names, submitted URLs and search text are excluded from our analytics events.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga and a property-specific _ga cookie, to distinguish visits and sessions. Google Tag Manager loads the analytics configuration. This setup does not include advertising tags or Google Signals.

There is currently no cookie consent banner or on-site consent preference control. Continuing to browse is not treated as an affirmative consent choice. You can block analytics through your browser or an analytics-blocking extension; blocking it does not prevent use of the Website. Questions about this setup can be sent to legal@zealsync.com.

Personal data from the contact form is used to: read, route and answer your enquiry; maintain a record of the correspondence; and protect the Website against spam and abuse. The contact reason you choose determines only which desk handles the message.

Contact data is not used for unrelated marketing, and it is not sold.

Website usage measurements help us understand which pages and interactions are useful and identify failed enquiry attempts. A successfully delivered enquiry is counted separately from a failed or incomplete submission.

Contact-form processing rests on your consent — given when you submit the form after the privacy acknowledgement — and on legitimate uses recognised by applicable law, such as responding to a communication you initiated and protecting the service against abuse.

You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time by contacting legal@zealsync.com; withdrawal does not affect processing that already lawfully occurred.

The form asks for the minimum that makes a useful reply possible. Optional fields are labelled as optional and can be left empty. No budget figure, phone number or address is required to contact the company.

Vercel provides website hosting. Google provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; website usage measurements are transmitted to Google under its service terms. The contact form forwards an enquiry only when a delivery endpoint is configured and confirms receipt; otherwise it reports a failure.

Personal data may be disclosed where law requires it — for example to comply with a legal obligation or a lawful request by authorities — or, in the event of a corporate restructuring, to a successor entity under equivalent protections.

If confirmed infrastructure providers process data outside India, transfers will be made in accordance with applicable Indian data-protection requirements in force at the time.

Zealsync applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data: access to enquiries is limited to the people who handle them, and transport encryption is used for the Website.

No internet transmission is perfectly secure; if you prefer, you can contact us by telephone.

If a personal-data breach affecting you occurs, Zealsync will act in accordance with the notification obligations of applicable law, including — where required — informing the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals.

Contact correspondence is retained for as long as the conversation and any follow-up genuinely require, and then for any period applicable law requires. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

The criteria are: is the conversation live, is a legal obligation attached, and is there an unresolved request? When all three answers are no, the data goes.

Subject to applicable law — including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as in force — you can:

• request access to the personal data held about you and a summary of processing;
• request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate data;
• request erasure where the data is no longer necessary and no legal ground requires keeping it;
• withdraw consent for future processing;
• nominate an individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity, where the law provides;
• raise a grievance and, if unresolved, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Send requests to legal@zealsync.com with enough detail to locate your data — typically the email address you used. Identity may be verified before a request is fulfilled.

Requests are answered within the timelines applicable law prescribes.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, write to legal@zealsync.com with the subject "Privacy grievance". Grievances are acknowledged and investigated, and the outcome is communicated to you.

The Website is corporate information intended for professional audiences. It is not directed at children, and Zealsync does not knowingly collect children’s personal data through it. If you believe a child’s data was submitted, contact legal@zealsync.com and it will be removed.

The Website links to external destinations, including the portfolio’s own websites. Their privacy practices are their own; review the notice on any site you visit. In particular, product accounts with Acrosite, Flidu, Nichevio, Prooflin or Hectile are governed by those products’ notices.

This policy will change when the Website’s actual practices change — new tools, new fields, new obligations. The effective and last-updated dates above move only when something meaningful moved.
