Estimates
Quote first, invoice later.
An estimate carries a validity date instead of a due date. When the customer agrees, the acceptance is recorded and an invoice draft is created from the estimate, with every line carried across.

What Hectile does not try to be.
Not accounting software. Hectile does not keep your books, run payroll, track inventory or file taxes.
Not a way to move money. It records payments you receive through your existing methods. It does not move money or connect to your bank.
Not a tax compliance service. Tax profiles show the taxes you configure, such as GST or VAT, on a document. Which treatment applies stays your decision.
It is a focused tool for the documents you send: invoices and estimates, created, sent and tracked.
